By purchasing a hypnosis recording or booking a hypnotherapy session with NR Hypnotherapy, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before use.

1. Services

NR Hypnotherapy provides hypnotherapy services, including:
- 1-to-1 sessions (remote/online unless otherwise agreed).
- Pre-recorded hypnosis tracks and digital downloads.
Hypnotherapy and hypnosis recordings are complementary therapies and not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Client Responsibilities

You must be over 18 to use our services, or have written parental/guardian consent.
You agree to provide accurate information about your health and wellbeing.
If you are under medical or psychological care, please consult your doctor or healthcare provider before starting hypnotherapy or using recordings.
Recordings are not recommended for people with psychiatric disorders or epilepsy.

3. Safe Use of Recordings

Recordings are designed to be used in a safe, quiet environment where you will not be disturbed.
Do not listen while driving, operating machinery, or engaging in activities requiring concentration.
Results from recordings and sessions may vary and cannot be guaranteed.

4. Booking & Payment (1-to-1 Sessions)

Session fees are payable in advance at the time of booking.
Payment methods will be confirmed during booking.
Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received.

5. Cancellations & Refunds (Sessions)

At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
Refunds are offered only at the discretion of NR Hypnotherapy.

6. Refund Policy (Digital Products)

By purchasing and downloading our digital content, you agree to waive your right to a 14-day cooling-off period under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
We do not offer refunds for MP3/downloadable products.
If your download is faulty or does not work, please contact us within 2 working days and we will assist. Replacement may be offered at our discretion.
We do not offer technical support on how to download or play files.

7. Copyright & Permitted Usage

All recordings, scripts, and materials are the intellectual property of NR Hypnotherapy and associated creators.
Unauthorised copying, sharing, broadcasting, hiring, renting, or public use is prohibited.
Therapists may use recordings for their own personal development but may not play them in client sessions or share copies with clients.

8. Confidentiality & Privacy (Sessions)

All personal information shared in sessions is confidential.
Records are stored securely in compliance with GDPR (see our Privacy Policy).
Confidentiality may only be broken where required by law, or if there is a risk of harm to self or others.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Hypnotherapy and recordings are provided to support positive change but outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Your use of recordings and sessions is entirely at your own risk.
NR Hypnotherapy accepts no liability for any direct or indirect consequences of use.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
